What are you tryin to open it with?

Also what format are the files... i.e. what file extentions are the files?

If you are getting an error while opening the file, what is the exact error?

make sure all 5 downloaded rar files match the file sizes of those listed on the download page. (first 4 should be 49 mb, the 5th should be 21 mb). Then extract from the first .rar file only and the rest will automatically extract and combine to form the full cd image.

Okay, Quast, this is what you should have:

5 rar parts which are named:

Dino Crisis.part01.rar
Dino Crisis.part02.rar
Dino Crisis.part03.rar
Dino Crisis.part04.rar
Dino Crisis.part05.rar

As Banned mentioned, the first 4 parts should each be 49 MB.
The fifth part should be 21 MB.

If you don't have WinRar, get it from here:

Once you have WinRar installed, put all 5 parts in the same folder.
Right-click on any part and choose Extract here.
Then wait.

Where do you plan to play it?
If you want to play it in your modded PSX console just burn the game following this tutorial by Polobunny(http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?t=24893).
If you want to play it in an emulator, then you'll have to dl ePSXe, the BIOS file and the plugins (video, sound and cdr) and read this threads that will help you configure the emulator properly:

EDIT: the link for the BIOS file wasn't working, I edited it and should do it now. Make sure to extract the BIOs file with winrar as you did with the game itself.

Quast, the 2 files that you now have are the CD image. The BIN file is a 1:1 copy of all the data that was on the original CD and the CUE file is mearly a track list describing what tracks are in the image and where they are located. The cue/bin format is the most common image format used for Playstation games.

You can burn this type of image using Nero of Alcohol 120% or you can mount the image to a virtual drive and either run it through an emulator or use your favorite CD burning program to do a CD copy from the virtual drive and use the burned disc in a modded Playstation.

Daemon won't burn psx games, it will create a virtual cd/dvd drive in your comp so you can mount your image files and test them before burning them.
If you want a good and free burning app for psx games, go with cdrwin, it will let you burn only at 1x but you'll get good copies.
