Having Problems Loading Resident Evil Dir Cut Dual Shock USA Version On PS2 PAL

Hi there I got Breaker Pro PAL version and a PAL PS2 console. I downloaded Resident Evil Dir Cut Dual Shock USA version of a torrent site. My problem Is It won't played on my Breaker Pro PAL CD It plays Street Fighter Ex Plus Alpha 2 USA version which I got from emuparadise no problems at all. Here Is the settings for burning my PSX games using alcohol 120%.

Write speed 4X

Write method DAO/SAO

CD-R brand Datawrite Titanium

I hope someone will help me to sloved my problem. Thanks for reading this.

Have you done a scandisk on the cd just to make sure it didn't burn any bad sectors?

Dunno about the breaker pro but Resident Evil Directors Cut Dual Shock does indeed work in a PAL PS2 (I used the bonus PSX Action Replay CD that comes with the Action Replay for the PS2)

Personly I don't use alcohol, never found a need to use it, but the CD image may be bad to start with aswell

I just scan the Clone CD Image of Resident Evil Dir Cuts Dual Shock USA version using CDmage and It found alot of errors In It.I Just repair all the errors In CDmage. Should I burn the Image again this time to see what will happen?

if it was the old 150 to 151 errors they are just errors generated between tracks and don't make any difference to image if those are repaired or not (One reason I don't like Clone CD image file types)

If it reported more errors or if you identified them as being in actual files instead of unused sectors then yes repairing and reburning may of helped otherwise no it won't

Zorlon thanks very much for helping me out I'll think I will get rid of the Image Its just no good to me then since Its a damage Image I hate clone cd format.

If you can put up with a slow download there is a good copy on the main EP server though thats also the Dual Shock version but it's been modded a bit (Odd it wasn't listed as Dual Shock but trust me on this it is)

I never really understood why console games are released in clone cd format, it really makes no sense.
