Mount it with Daemon tools then use ISObuster to create the .bin or .iso

There's a guide by Zorlon to convert images to .bin format using ISOBuster. http://forums.emuparadise.org/showthread.php?t=40611
You'll also want to create a cue with ISOBuster.

You don't need to use DAEMON Tools when when converting an image of a different format to .bin(just ISOBuster).

When playing ISOs in ePSXe if the CD image contains additional audio tracks(many games do) you'll want to use DAEMON Tools 3.47(versions past 3.47 don't support analog audio) to mount the .cue for .bin images, the .ccd for .img images or the .mds for .mdf images and enable analog audio in the DAEMON Tools options so that no audio is missing when playing the game. Then you have to select the DAEMON Tools virtual drive in your CDRom plugin and choose Run CDROM in ePSXe.

You also shouldn't use WinISO to convert other PSX CD image formats to ISO, because WinISO breaks STR and XA (movie and audio) files.

There's something else I have said time and time again.

WinISO, MagicISO and all other variations mess up XA based media files (ISObuster is not one of those), so thats not only your xa sound files but xa sound file containers like xam files that contains lots of xa files (a bit like comparing a single to an album) and the fmv files in str format, str's being another xa format.

UltraISO is the same as MagicISO and WinISO it will screw up any XA based files that most PSX games use

Never use UltraISO, MagicISO or WInISO for PSX CD Images infact there are prolly more progs like those aswell plus they do not have a free version unlike ISOBuster

The above mentioned Daemon tools method should work just fine though that was already used (making sure analog audio is enabled, depends on the OS/CD Burning or CD Image software aswell)
