A few questions about DC and PSX

I am a N00b in the Dreamcast/ Chankast scene.

The first question is:

Where can I find an updated Dreamcast list where all games are written which are working with Chankast ?

Second Question is:

How to check if this game is NTSC or PAL and selfboot or not ?

Playstation 1:

1. I know that Gran Tourismo 1 was the first Dual Shock supported game here in Europe. Was it in Usa too ?

2. Is the Playstation 1 officially dead ?

3. Is there a Fifa 2006 ? ( Fifa 2005 was made for ps1 ! )

A: There isn't a way to check the region reliably. If you have all the BIOS for Dreamcast, you could try playing the game using each BIOS and see which one works, or you could look at the game credits (bottom of title screen) to see if there is a country reference (i.e. CAPCOM U.S.A). If the game came with a NFO check that as the team who ripped the game usually state the country of origin for said game. Self-booting games are usually in CDI or NRG format (file extension of said game image).

Region isn't an issue all that much, most PAL Games can run at 60hz on the DC, and I own a PAL Dreamcast and all region games work with only a few that need patching to work

Self boot games always have 2 sessions (It's how they work)

No FIFA 2006 for PS1
