Default problem's with two iso's (Industrial Spy Ops & Evangelion Type E))

i have a question about two of the iso's posted in Yousendit Mania
    1. Industrial Spy Ops , i recorded it to a cd and the game starts ,but goes only to "Now Loading" and then the gdrom stops to read the cd and its not loading the game (i think that's because the game iso is in mode 1 , but all other games are in mode 2 or cd xa)
2.Evangelion , i recorder this game to a cd but dreamcast is not reading the cd , not as audio and either as a game something else , is this a problem with this game or something with my dc , but this is the only cd that can't be readed .

I would say this is a problem of your Dreamcast for Industrial Spy Ops specially as it starts then crashes

Evangelion I would first make sure it is a self bootable CD or not, to tell check and make sure it has dual sessions with ISO Buster ifit has more than one session then it's a self boot if it only has one session then it's not self boot but you can try using a burned copy of Utopia to boot that then

Note:- Aparently some models of Dreamcast only like certain types of self booting methods, there are two methods one is a audio selfboot track and one is a data self boot track, personly I know very little of this not experiencing it myself and could be rubbish but thought it was worth a quick note incase this is fact. I would say that the audio selfboot method is the beter of the 2 and that is from experience of creating my own selfbooting CD's.

also like I already told you, im afraid evangelation type E was ripped by a comlete amatuer, on his own so... I would not know if it's a good rip, but it's only rip ever made i think, another group did a pc port tho.

EDIT - ill test my evangelation type E out.

plus you PM'ed asking me not to do dc games in bin+cue, but i do not chose the format's the releaser's do thier games in.

You may be able to re-built the image into .cdi if you mount it.. but im not sure.

It was in BIN + CUE Segnin, for DC games thismay be a problem, but I have already suggested CDrwin since he said alcool 120 didnt work.

If the files are missing from the bin/cue, then making a new image from that bin/cue isn't going to add those missing files, is it?

Have you checked if Industrial Spy Ops is self boot?

If it isnt self boot just use the utopia bootdisc.

It isn't self boot if it's in bin/cue because bin/cue files can not hold dual sessions that selfbootable Dreamcast games use.

There is only one program that I know of that puts dual sessions in bin/cue format and thats ISOBuster but no burning software can burn that correctly, whatever you use to burn with, you will get an unusable CD, if you try and burn a dual session bin/cue

He said "without files" so I interpreted that to mean that the files he needed to make the CD playable were missing from the bin/cue.

I'm just going by what he said; I don't have a DreamCast so I know next to nothing about them.

But I do know that if the necessary files are missing from the bin/cue, then making a new image from that bin/cue isn't going to help.
