Default Street Fighter III Double Impact is too large

I finally got this with Bit Torrent, and it's over 770 MB (in addition to the fact that I can't get the .img file to load w/espxe, blank screen, that's it) What can be used to make this fit on a CD? It has the .img file,.ccd, and .sub. I even tried to make a cue file for it (out of desparation) I guess I could mount an image, but I'm running out of room with all these PSX downloads. If someone could help me, I'd be happy to oblige with a little swapola. I'm using espxe 1.6.0, and honestly, I've had more problems since upgrading from 1.5.2. I've been too lazy to dig up the CD w/the older version. I've got tons of stuff, but I primarily collect. I don't play much, except to see if the games work. (yep, that works....next...) Spyro 3 works,Soul Edge mini rip, all Tekkens, all the Final Fantasies VII-IX,Gran Turismo 1&2, you name it. Thanks in advance.
    Almost forgot..
    AMD Athlon 2500+ XP
    Win 2000 Professional sp4
    512MB DDR 266
    Soundmax digitial integrated audio
    Nvidia 5200FX with 128 MB
17" Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 70 Flat CRT
I typically run at 1024 x 768 at a silky smooth 60 fps with no problems
    espxe v 1.6.0
    graphic plugin : Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.50
    sound plugin : Null2's Audio Driver 1.3
CDrom plugin : ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.

Burn with Clone CD anditwill fit no problem, don't be fooled by the size of the CD image the contentsof the CD imagewill fit a standard 700 MB CD (youmay need to enable over burning)

As for running the game it may be infact be a corrupt CD image anyway, but wait for another reply I don't have this game for the PSX myself

    Default SF3 for Dreamcast

Ok, great. I have Chankast, which only seems to wanna load from CD. So if I overburn this thing (nero still says it's too large when I set overburn to 86 min) I should be making some progress? I could've sworn this torrent was a PSX, but I'll take your word for it. It seems like the more games I start to get, the lower my success rate is. Thanks.

Mount the image with daemon tools then change the drive letter and the game should load in chankast.

    Default TOC error with Chankast

I mounted an image with Daemon Tools, and now of course, Chankast can't findthe table of contents for SF III. Shouldn't the TOC be part of the original image? Is there a standard format for creating this type of file? As long as I've been doing this, I should probably know by now, except for the fact that I'm more obsessed with collecting than playing. Thanks for the help.

Describe exactly what happenend to help me understand better from start to finish with the TOC error. What happens when you try to run the game exactly.

Alcohol 120% is the best to use. I have this as well and it fits just fine.

"can't read TOC from g:drive", a small Windows box pops up, right after attempting to "run". I haven't seen SF III since it first came out, I can't wait to see a DC game on my PC. If this works, maybe I'll just get my DC modded.

Change the CD plugin, that's the reason. Or install ASPI.

Yeah, pkt is right, you should have the CDrom plugin set to "CDrom Interface xxx" and it should work smooth as shit off a duck's ass

You don't need to mod a DC to play burned games as long as they are selfboot they will play just like a normal DC game.

I thought that was only true with Dreamcasts made before a certain date...
