Hmm. I haven't been using Kega Fusion, but I think the following.

If Fusion doesn't support .iso + .mp3 files in SegaCD emulation
you'll have to decompress the .mp3 files into .vaw then make
a .cue file containing info about .iso and .vaw files, mount .cue file
onto virtual drive (Daemon Tools for example) and then run your
game using Fusion from the virtual drive...

This is only my thought so I suggest you wait also for someone
who actually used Fusion for SegaCD games.

I use GENS...and don't forget about SegaCD BIOS...

I got the bios but when I winrar the files into my documents, the only file that shows up is the iso I think and the mp3 arent there. But this is off the sega cd download image option after I load up the start screen. So do I load the mp3 with something else?

Fusion has support for seperate MP3's now but you need a cue sheet for it to read them

Here is a sample of a cue sheet for sega CD games

The post and pre gap between the first and second track will help it run in sync

    FILE "3x3 Eyes (J).iso" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE1/2048
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    POSTGAP 00:02:00
    FILE "3x3 Eyes (J) 02.mp3" MP3
    TRACK 02 AUDIO
    PREGAP 00:02:00
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    FILE "3x3 Eyes (J) 03.mp3" MP3
    TRACK 03 AUDIO
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    FILE "3x3 Eyes (J) 04.mp3" MP3
    TRACK 04 AUDIO
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

Sorry for being ignorant but I have no idea what that means. Ok so I download the game, then I get a winrar and the mp3's, if extract them to my shared docs, what do I do next after I open fusion?

You need to create yourself a cue sheet and then open that cue sheet with Fusion then it will both read the iso and mp3's all together as one CD Image

you can either use a text editor such as note pad or sega cue maker

OK, I just finished downloading Dark Wizard, the first winrar page has: Darkwiz.rar and the mp3 files, then if you open the darkwiz.rar it opens into track.iso, you can further open that to all the things inside the .iso..........so my question is what do I need to put into making a cue for these things and 12 music tracks? Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry that was the wrong cue maker anyway.

    use sega cue maker instead.

Just make sure you have the mp3's and the iso all in the same folder and no other files.
