Default Request: Shenmue II PERFECT SERIES

I'd like to get my hands on this one so if anyone has it, please reply...

Here's the NFO by the way.

    PERFECT SERIES

    Title Shenmue II
    Region PAL E
    Format Alcohol 120% / WinRAR
    Parts 28 (Disc 1)
    21 (Disc 2)
    27 (Disc 3)
    26 (Disc 4)

    Notes

ECHELON release ripped out multilanguage files and all of the free quest
speech. This wasn't entirely necessary. This release includes multilanguage
files for all discs, all disc change graphics, and a proportion of the
free quest speech depending on each disc. The free speech files also
contained important game information for when Ryo would encounter an area
he was looking for, in the ECHELON release he'd just focus on the sign and
nothing would happen. Here, you'll see what he was meant to say.

Other than that, the CDDA was ripped (only used in the opening screens) and
the Digest/Saturn movies on Disc 4 were downsampled.

Enjoy the best possible rip of Shenmue II on CD-R.

    About

We are fans of the Dreamcast who are dedicated to the preservation of the
    system and games.

We are NOT a warez/release group. We do not condone piracy, but see no
harm in releasing old games now that the system is discontinued and no
more commercial games are being produced.

We prefer to play copies to keep our originals safe. We suspect many
Dreamcast fans feel much the same and will appreciate what we are doing.

Our number one priority is quality. We aim to have as close to perfect
copies of games that is possible on an 80 minute CD-R, down to file order,
time stamps, volume label, dummying and so on.

There are a lot of sub standard rips out there and we have improved on
    many of them.

    Yes, this NFO sucks.
You know anything about this, Sprung?

Nah no English here I believe. Just Japanese/German/Frensh/Spanish/Italian. But as it says in the NFO, ECHELON ripped out lots of audio from subquests and stuff. And I want that audio...

i can get original pals4 disc with cardboard sleeves for round abouts a tenner a piece

a lil off topic-but this guy came into my work today
    and started talkin about dreamcast,
and how he used to rent games and burn em for m8s

i said 'oh with dc coder cables?'

and he said no thats the shit way of doin it

he said what he had was bleem for his pc
and could put a dc game in his pc,
and his pc(coz of bleem) would read dc games as a dc
and than he said to copy em he would mount them onto a virtual drive on pc and then burn to disc

    does anybody know bout this
    is this bollux or not?

if its true i can make some from my originals
    and share
but if its bullshit i dont even wanna go lookin for bleem
    know what i mean

I don't understand why Bleem would be able to read DC games when no other program would. Especially considering Bleem is a PSX emulator.

Seriously though. If a CD or DVD drive could read DC disks, then there wouldn't be a need for the BBA ripping method. It's really just common sense. There's nothing about BLEEM that would somehow enable the DVD drive to read a DC disk.

I think this guy was prolly trying to say he ripped the DC games the same way you can rip the Bleem disc but thats also rubbish

Bleem being one of those discs that has thousands of errors and a ton of tracks that are just errors as protection (doesn't stop backup though but it takes forever to do that)

Small point but even if a CD Image was made and mounted how would you burn just over 1gig on a standard CD

Selfboots are burned during the creation of those so I presume he thinks that you can just do a 1:1 copy, by creating a CD Image, personly I'm finding this amusing that some people brag that they done something that they obviously havn't.

Good Selfboots that is I know of one method that makes a CD Image but not good for CDDA games
