TG-16 CD emulation problems

I never have any TG-16 CD emulation problems ever, until I try to play Gradius II for the PC Engine CD on my new laptop.

When I try to play Gradius II on my laptop, the whole computer resets!!
I first figured that it was the game, I download an other game, same problem. After the game loaded, the computer goes to a blue screen, said that the compuer has a error, and it resets!!! I now figured that it was the emulator (Magic Engine), so I try out YAME. I try out some PC Engine CD games on YAME, I get the same problem, it resets!!!

I try to send a error report, it saids that it was a driver. Windows don't tell you anything else.

I think it's my video card: 32 MB nVIDIA GeForce4 420 Go

only thing I can think of is drivers and DirectX, I run Magic Engine and Yame ok on my system

My PC is a
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
1 gig mem
512 MB nVIDIA GeForceFX5600

but I had Magic Engine running fine on a
PIII 450
256 mem
16or32meg nVIDIA GeForce2 (don't remember the exact stats for that card)

I don't think maybe a driver problem
