If you have a program like ISObuster or Clone CD you can remake it. As long as you have the original game on the actual CD. (I hope thats what you were asking.)

I believe that's what he means.
I also believe you can use CDMage to add the movie and music if you know where in the ISO they're supposed to be added.
But are you sure the music and movie files that you found are from a PSX ISO, and not a PC ISO?
Because I don't believe adding the PC movie and music files to the PSX game will work.

You can't add anything with CDMage if it doesn't exist in the CD Image to start with

my custom burned MK4 iso is not working any suggestion to make it worked?
everytime I start it with my emulator (ePSXe) I recieve an error message and in PSXeven my computer hang....
