    Default ROMs for the DS?

I found an Emulator for the DS, but where are all the ROMs for it? All I found was Super Mario 64 DS, and the demo Metroid Prime: First Hunt. I don't know if that is all for now but, can someone help me find more ROMs for it, let me know what site it is too.

Oh and an non-important question: How do ISO's work? Are they like ROMs but for the CD type games? What does ISO even stand for?!

Actually, I take that back, there is no ROMs to download (this one site only lets me look at some pics....).

ISO are Roms but these are of CD's not Carts

ROM = Read Only Media:- that would be both Carts and CD's even though you can get wrightables of both

CD Roms though are usually called ISO's

Well I do have a two DS roms on my FTP...

However I must tell you that they will not do you much good... as no Emulator can run commercial games yet.

So let me get this straight...all I need is like an Emulator for like...PSOne, then download an ISO to a CD and run it and that's it? Let me know, never tried an ISO before.

There is no emulator for the DS that can run DS roms yet. There actually are a few types of roms for each of those games out there and no one knows which rom type will become the standard for the DS. The roms you have are probably the common type, but a flash card in the works is using another type which may make the roms you have useless. The DS is still very new and works differently than older Nintendo handhelds making it a challenge for emulation authors so your going to have to wait a little longer before you'll be able to run DS roms in anyway.

I'm curious to see what they're going to do with DS emulation, seeing as how many games involve some sort of interaction with the handheld. I don't own a DS but I know it uses a stylus, and I think there's some kind of microphone on it too. I guess those games that use that stuff will just need patches or something.

small point but anyone can hook up a mic to there PC through there sound card or onboard sound jack sockets

Yeah the mouse is the way to go and the mouse pointer is shown as a pencil in one of the emu's last time I looked, so it looks like thats the plan
