One simple method if you have another cue sheet from another game is simply open it in wordpad or notepad and change the name of the file to the current game name leaving all the rest the same and save with the new file name. Then use the new 'cue' sheet to load it up, make sure however that the name is 'exactly' the same as the file name you are looking to burn....
so it should look something like this:

    FILE "Game's Name here" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
    nitronic1

Well that only works for games that are "normal"...

that would not work for a dreamcast game, or a game with extra audio files.

Can't you just open the .bin for burning? If it doesn't have audio tracks (as Ehrgeiz doesn't to my knowledge), then you should be able to just burn the bin without cue.

get Isobuster and you can create a correct cue file for it. You can also make a bin and cue file out of almost any other file format with it so no need to worry about haveing the right program to burn it with.

What program are you using to burn it? For example Alcohol 120 % lets you burn .bin files without .cue. I believe other programs can do that too.

Not the brightest idea but yeah you can, but you can also end up burning in the wrong mode and there isn't just a couple of modes either.

Edit:- just use the example nitronic1 gave

Personly I either use isobuster the same as kryptin or I make my own by hand, just depends on the image and what it's made up of

The .IMG file has the same format as a .BIN file, so making a CUE file for it the same way would work.
The CCD file is something like the CUE file, but it holds extra information, and it's commonly used with CloneCD.

dont know if that works for ither games becuse i do belive they use a dif set of copy protection but this is how i make back ups of cd games that work like the real cd so MAY work for other things like psx and stuff
    2 things you need

    1. alchol 120% to burn the cd and or copy a cd
    2. a ray scaner to find the copy protection the cd uses

I never recommend making your own cue. Cause you have no idea if the game has audio or not. Most psx games have only 1 data track, true. But if it's a new game to you, you have no hints if it has audio tracks or not. Also many psx have that 1 data + 1 audio track that's not used for music, dunno why that is if that single audio is useful or just for protection but if you want a 1:1 copy, you might wanna have the correct cue. If it has alot of audio music tracks, obviously you need a cue but you wouldn't know that w/o asking somebody else who has the game.

Best thing is to ask somebody else who has the same game to make a cue for you. The method that takes the least time is to use cdrwin; start ripping and after 5 secs then cancel it. the cue will have been made already. (don't forget to edit out the directory listing in the cue with notepad)

Where did you get your cue-less bin anyway? If it's from a person you know, just ask for it, he should still have it and forgot to add it. If it's from a stranger, mark him as a n00b

ISObuster will create cue sheets with audio tracks aswell so there isn't a need to even start creating a new CD Image with progs like CDRWin
