Oh I see. I need to figure that out then. Not sure how to make a bin/cue combo... unless you mean drag and drop them both into PSMPlay...

I shall try google for Daemon Tools.

So the PSX ISO's are deceiving then... So what file do I actually burn?

I'd research some of this, but it's sleepy time. Hopefully the answer will be here when I get back.

Ok. Do you have any ISO images?

If so download Daemon's Tools. This program creates a virtual CD drive on your computer. When mount an ISO to it your computer thinks you put in a CD. It is useful for a lot of things.

When you mount the image in Daemon's Tools look on my computer. It will show a new CD drive. When you mount an image it is like you burned that image and put it in a CD drive. Just make PSMPlay search that drive for str files.

    *.ISO Just burn it
*.Cue burn by the cue (other files are still requred (Wav's are sometimes included in the files sometimes)
*.mds burn by thr mds (other files are still requred)
    *.cdi Just burn it (Discjuguler)

There are plenty of other formats aswell and just don't remember of the top of my head

Besides most if not all burners do not let you burn CD Images the will not fit, so you will get a warning before they attempt the burn.

Yes and it's not just PSX CD Images either

the ones that say other files are still requred is basicly because the file you burn from tells the burner that there are other files there and the format of the contents of those other files

Ok I have Daemon tools and I mounted the ISO.

Thing is PSMPlay is not recognizing any of my CD-drives. It says I didn't assign them and in the "configure CD-ROM" window, the CD-drives are blank. The website doesn't tell me how to do anything or fix it.

Get yourself Psx Multi Converter, it basicly does the same thing plus more and is all round a better program than PSMplay is

Or if you feel the need you can re-ISO the mounted CD with CDRWin as it outputs a cue+bin combo that is compatable with PSMPlay

Not trying to make you look bad here, but do you know about virtual drives(ducks thrown book), when you installed daemon tools(presuming you did) it should have assigned a virtual drive for you(probably E) anyway configure the cd drive as E or whatever it is, then mount the iso and try reading it. hope this helps

No, you can make me look bad. I feel so bad being a n00b and asking simple questions. PSMPlay is just being weird. But the program Zorlon gave me works with Daemon Tools just fine.

Thanks so much guys. I appreciate it.

Don't worry about the n00b thing, if you're nice here, you wouldn't believe the time people will have for you.
