    Default ePSXe FFVII Problems

I just put EpsxE back in, the latest version from the website, and put in these plugins and bios

    GPUPeteopenGL2
    SPUNull2mixer

    And the SCPH1001 and SCPH7502 ( I use 7502 because the game I'm running is PAL )

I havn't configured them much because it confuses me, that's probably the problem ^^.. But wether I emulate it direct from the disk, or the Image file I created from it it does the same thing everytime.. It loads up fine and just as the SQUARESOFT logo appears it goes hyperly fast, and onto the credits.. I'd say it's moving at LEAST 15 times faster than usual.. which might explain another strange occurance when I get to the main screen with New Game and Continue... I configured the controller so I could use my Xbox controller which is connected via usb, it works fine with all the other games I've played ( not with EPSXE, just in general ).. but the Sensitivity of the buttons is ludicruse, I click Down, and it'll act as if I've pressed it 3 times.

And then, once the starting moving appears.. it's playing at the correct speed, although every 2 seconds or so the sound goes off from it with a blip.. this is very troublesome indeed, Can anyone help me out?

    I'm using Windows XP,.. Radeon9200 ( I think.. it's around that ) and a 3ghz Pentium 4.

If possible could someone walk me through this on AIM?, that way I won't have to continue to mass-post when a solution doesn't work.

    Many thanks! please help >.<

For the speed problem, just enable FPS limit under your video plugin. Set 60 for NTSC or 50 for PAL games.

As for the sound problem, well I have the exact same problem too during the FMVs(no luck on solving that yet) and the only solution I can give you is to run the game in iso instead of disk. You also fool around with different audio plugins.

    They are hot, aren't they??
