Format the RAM maybe but yeah it might be nice to see this in English, you can set the bios to english easy enough in the menu's

If needs be I will guide you through settings to make it display English

Also are you running from CD or ISO?

All Kof games on the Saturn need a RAM cart, if you know what I'm talking about, on emulator, try to fomat it, it might work, on my Sega CD emulator, when i can't get Sonic CD to work, I reformat my Ram cart and it work, try to do that on the emulator, hope this works.
