sega\cd help pleez!!!!!

i have downloded monkey island rom for sega\cd from this site,and i still havent downloded the sound file for it,i wanted to know if it runs first or not.
i have the usa bios for it too.when i open the zip file the screen shows a player thing,like for audio things,it has play and pause and stuff.wat is wrong?how can i make the game run?

You normally just "open rom" and select the iso image

this should help more but i think the game only runs when you have all the files (iso,Mp3) you may have to rename files as well.

You need those sound files to run the game fully anyway
