Okay, so I figured out that VBA doesnt allow you to play online with other people
So, does anybody know of any GBA emulators that allow this?
And, is it possible to use the 'Kalleria"? client with VBA?
Thanks.

No there isn't, and no you can't.
Kaillera would have to be built into the emulator before it could be used.
It's entirely possible to do it, but I doubt the emu authors want to kill the GBA.
yes its understandable,
I just have to wait until he actually buys a GBA...
(I use a GBplayer by the way)
Actually Kaillera could not be used for the GB. Kaillera just transfers keypresses for 2 player games. The GB actually uses a link cable. This cable can also transfer up to 2 mbps. This is hard for most people's internet.
Edit
Now that I think about it you probably could. The emulator on your computer would be emulating both GBs at the same time. Then kailerra would just transfer the keypresses to the second emulator to be like what the other person is doing. This also would increase the chance of a desync in my opinion.

The two instances idea was one I pitched to knowitman on IRC.
The data for the GBA in GBA mode is sent in 16-bit words, which could easily be packetized and sent over a LAN or the Internet.
However, to do this correctly for slower connections (dial-up), one would have to have specific settings internally for each game (i.e. how many words comprises a packet for that game, fake "acknowledge" packets to keep emulation going without pauses, how often a packet has to be sent and arrive).
Simplifying for two player GBA connections, where L is "local" and R is "remote" sending a word, a dot is "idle"
Game 1 might do:
LRLRLRLRL.....LRLRLRLRLRL....
Game 2 might do:
LLLLLR.............LRRRRRRRRRL.................... ....LLLLLR......
Game 3 might do:
LLLLR............RL....LR..........RRRRL.......... LLLLR.....RLLLL......
Yes I forgot to mention that Gospel did come up with the idea of 2 instances of the emulator. He explains it better though since it is his idea.
I think TGB Dual uses two instances of the emu to do the link cable in GB/C color games.

Why hasnt anyone here mentioned that tgb dual can play GBC games over the net? Now thats an awesome emulator!! Too bad the english version is extremely old, the jap, or sumthin like that version is wayy better, but I cant understand what it does cuz its not translated yet. Oh that sucks. I only wish I could play gbc roms on my GBA. Dammit!!

You can play them with this GBC emu on GBA and a flash cart.
There is no GBC or SGB or GBS emu for the GBA only a GB emu.
There is however there is a GB emu that can use some not all GBC/SGB/GBS roms and do what the GB Hardware emu did on the SNES, that just adds colour pallettes over the games but these pallettes are not editable, but there is a small collection to choose from.
There are some screen shots here that help explain what I'm talking about.

Not really though. It is kind of pointless.
The GBA already lets you choose palettes for GB games, and this program is missing the badass little guy who erases your paintjobs.
I wouldn't call it pointless as GBA flash cards do not support GB GBC or the Super variaty of roms unless you get a GB bridge flash kit
This is more for falsh cards, as for emulation through a GBA emu, well that is pointless
It's the best emu like this so far, it is a shame though that they do not plan on having full super and/or colour support.
