I know that gens plays about 95% so chances are that it will play. used to have compatability list site but I lost it.Try google for a list or the gens forums.

There isn't a Castlevania Game for Sega CD the file is Fake unless it's a Sega Saturn Game in that case it's the same as the PSX game Symphony of the night but it's not in english and it's not fully working with any emu, the closest you can get is Giri Giri hacked but even then it runs badly, slow and plenty of GFX glitches the speed has nothin to do with CPU or GFX speeds it is just the emu

Ah it's Dracula Unleashed... I'll go check. I'd hazard a guess Gens supports it though.
Yeah it seems it does, though you may need to enable Perfect Syncro.
