Hi! i'm rather new here, so basically i was downloading some games for my epsxe 2.0.5, crash team racing worked great!

But games like xmen vs street fighter and marvel vs capcom were too fast!
i tried to limit the fps to 30 but it still stayed at 60 fps for some reason

can i get some help from any of you here? thanks
