help runing ps1 game

I am trying to download Resident Evil 2 to play on the PlayStation emulator, but when it is done downloading, i open the file and there is no ISO in the file. With every download i did (even from a different site) there is no ISO. There is only two file types, an ECM file and a APE file. I am downloading disk 2 which is the play through as Claire. I dont know where I am supposed to get the ISO at

Need run unecm Compressed PlayStation 1 games have the "ECM" extension. On the desktop, there is "Crash Bash.bin.ecm" this means that this is a compressed file and no emulators will play it. Compressing PS1 games is done to conserve space on the hard drive.
