Running burned PS2 games on Slim PS2 console

hello guys i do not know what is wrong with games i burned on disc. the show that come before start playing is working only , but after that it hangs in the loading screen.

i tried 3 games from this site all the same problem, only the show at the beginning is working but when the part come to start playing it hangs on the loading screen.

is there any specific DVD disc better for burn the game on it ???

1 What game is it
2 Why are you burning if you are emulating
3 What platform are you talking about

Check compat lists for the emulator you are using there may be issues with the game you are trying

1- resident evil 4, onimusha1 & 3
2-no i am not emulating, i bune the game on DVD disc to play it on PS2
3- i mean as u know all games have like some kind of story in the beginning, after the seen will finish the loading screen will come before start playing< in this loading screen the game will hang
and all the games have the same problem

I have a feeling you are just using rubbish media

But lets get a bit more info first

What exact console are you using PS2 original fat or a slim , or the last slim model

How are you booting backup mod chip ect.....

i am using the last PS2 slim
the games that i bought from market its working perfectly, but the games that i downloaded from emuparadise web site its not working well.

the problem is i can not find the games that i want in market because it is very old otherwise i do not need to download any game if i can buy the games

I guess you are using a mod chip then

Best media in this instance is DVD+R (brand does not guarantee quality it is where there are produced that makes the difference, this makes it difficult to recommend media)

I get mine from Amazon UK (Directly from Amazon so no 3rd party sellers) I go for the Verbatim 100 spindle of DVD+R's but that same brand can be low quality if CMC produced those, unfortunately the DVD packaging never tell you this, the only way to realy find out is to scan the first few sectors of a blank disc in a PC DVD drive
