Modded PSOne cant play burned games, No Laser len problem

Hello, First of all sorry for my bad eng

Now lets start, I have 2 PSX (SCPH-7502 & 102) both modded i have open it and see the Modchip. So the psx playng all the burned games with no problem but the psone cant play burned games for some reason.
Any idea why ? i have a friend tell me that the Modchip need some boot cd for play the games but i cant found something.

On technical part

I have put psx laser len on psone still no play games (both PAL & NTSC)
I have put psone laser len on psx all good

PS psx = SCPH-7502 , psone = SCPH-102

The PSOne has a modchip that was installed incorrectly.

Did you install it yourself?
You would need to know exactly how it should be installed on that model and go over all the solder points, it could just be a bad solder point or maybe bad solder idk

Well if you don't have any experience with these things (beyond swapping/replacing parts) you might not be able to fix it yourself. You need decent fine point soldering skills.

its can be that boot disc my friend telld me? coz 1 friend have a SCPH-7502 and tell me tha some of his games need boot disc

The boot disc thing is probably only because he doesn't have a multi region tv. Playing out of region games would mean black & white video.

actually i have this psx on my house and i cant play games coz he tell me that need the boot disc, before he give it to me he sent me a pic of the psx playng ff. i know boot disc sound stupid

ok my bad i have 3 psx this is the third and its not plays games on my house but on my friend house is ok

I can't understand why it would play games ok at your friend's house but not for you.

i dont know ether but he tell me that some games he mast use a boot disc and i need the boot disc for play games. maybe the modchip need boot disc? anyway i propable will take my console on a shop for a check if they now but propable i will have to pay to much :/ but thx for you help and your time

The boot CD is Import Player, but if no region of CD-R's will work a boot CD will also not boot

Usually the PSone mod chip mess up was just booting only games from the same region as the console and other regions required Import Player/Import Player Lite

I uploaded those some time ago at http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?80512 what you would do is grab the one for your console region and use that to boot games not for your consoles region

Or you could just patch the boot region with Patch-it found at the same as linked above
