How to run downloaded Worms Blast on PS2 console

hi i am new to this site and i just download worms blast from here

and it contains a bin and cue file and i dont know how can i play this game on my console it didnt played on my ps3 so is there any way to play this game on ps2 or somthing?

are you trying to put it on the console harddisk? (does it have one even?)
are you wanting to write that image to disks?
if the latter, just get IMGBURN and use that to make a backup disk.

that image HAS to be converted to a dvd image, softmodded ps2's just won't boot backup cd's, only hardmodded ones.
