PCSX2 Drivers problem

I reinstalled my laptop but I can no longer get PCSX2 to work properly, in a sense. When I play a game, after the logo shows up (i.e. Namco for Tekken 4, Konami for DDR SuperNova), my laptop goes black for a split second and then something on the lower right pops up below, something like the driver didn't respond but was fixed.

After that, the ps2 emulator is all black but the sounds are still there.

Any help?

Going to move this as I am unaware of PCSX2 being available to Sony consoles that Gaming & Emulation > Everything Console > Sony systems is used for, i.e. it is for anything that is used on actual Sony consoles so anything from emulation/homebrew on said console or just hardware issues and retail game issues.

It just sounds like you need to update all your drivers & possibly https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=48145 that is what PCSX2 uses as it is a C++ application

I already had it installed. Reinstalling it didn't work either. Anyway, the exact message is written as:
"Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows 7(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

Update the drivers for your graphics chip set then

Sounds like an external issue (video drivers is the possible issue) rather than an issue with pcsx2 itself

If your using a laptop then use the official drivers for the laptop rather then the official site for the chip set

If needs be roll back to an older driver set for your gpu
