I recently downloaded Champions off of emuparadise, the file is a .rar so when it is opened it contains folders and 2 files, none of which are showing up to be loaded into my emulator, I'm unsure how to continue in fixing this

it sounds like you are extracting the contents of the disc image rather than just extracting the disc image itself
