need help downloading Vanguard arcade game

Hello im new to emuparadise - can I get a little help with how and what to download to my laptop which runs windows 8 - im trying to get the arcade game Vanguard by Centuri - any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks

To use this ROM with MAME you also need to download the following parent ROM
Vanguard (SNK) (vanguard)

You not only need the vangardc.zip file but you also require the parent rom vangard.zip

you will also need an emulator as this is not a PC port but a dump of the original arcade game

MAME emulators such as MAMEUI is going to be a more user friendly version vs the original command line version of MAME
