    Default Mupen64 Strange problem

    Hi.
    My mupen64 doesn't have a toolbar at the top. I need to record a .m64 and .st file but I can't because of this.
    Am I using the wrong version? Any help appreciated.

    EDIT
    I found the right version but there is no dlls or files. Can anyone link some?
