The if you don't capture a territory you lose sort of reminds me on of how on Battlefield 2: MC if your team didnt control a flag you could not spawn, and once everyone on your team was dead, the game ended.

Making it so you cannot drop the flag once you pick it up, no more juggling! and only being allowed to use your sidearm will make teamwork to get the flag that much more necessary
although the premise that you automatically pick up the flag is eh....it could screw you over in ways.

I ended up being able to preorder the LE; I'm not watching the web series since it'll be included, have you been watching it, Sheras?
Now that more stuff has come out for it, I know where my first paycheck at work is going.
Also, I'm gonna be buying Black Ops 2. But that's beside the point.
I think the addition of The Flood Mode was pretty cool. I like it, and I like the new weapons too.
Now that the game is coming out soon, I am getting a little worried, seeing the recent leak and all, I am really bad with spoiler avoidance...

So it still plays like the other Halo games?? R3 click for zoom, etc? I like Halo, but I was really hoping for an overhauled control scheme. I enjoyed Reach, but I spent a lot of time fighting with the controls because to me they just felt archaic. I know not every game needs to play like Call of Battlefield Medal of Honor :P but I think it's time for a change.Quote:

The controls are a little different than before. Even with a bunch of presets to choose from, I still couldn't get really comfortable. A few of the controls are set to dumb buttons in all of the schemes. I can't find a perfect control scheme. It always seems like there is one button that ends up in a horrible spot. I wish they had an original HALO 1 scheme. It's a bit annoying to change your style after so long. That is the one downfall I have seen so far.

I guess Mt Dew/Pepsi won't be partnering with Black Ops 2 this year, like they did with MW3 previously. Bet M$ shelled out some serious cash for this.... in fact I think M$ dropped some serious scratch on the whole Halo 4 marketing campaign, it's literally EVERYWHERE. Hell, the announcers last night on Monday Night Football were even promoting it, and they never talk about games.
