I think for me anyway I'm gonna just lay it low this year. I feel after the first 2 epic valentines days together I should be granted one average v-day.
No roses, candies, or hallmarks. Just a dinner movie and night on the sofa.
What about yall?

Myself, for the following weekend.
Bottle of Goose or Scotch for myself.
Going out and scamming on the chick with the hugest boobs.
She's gonna act out your avatar for me.
And I'm gonna make her happy.
An MSN account!
I don't get the title.
I sent some girl a letter which'll most likely arrive the day afterwards. Wrote some crap and drew a card of some sailor setting up a daterape. I'm hilarious!
I don't really have a significant other... yet. There's a girl I've liked for quite some time now, she work's at the local Safeway store. I plan on surprising her with a rose while she's working.
I'm going to get my g/f a nice necklace, a card and maybe some chocolates.
Get a hand message then, duh.
lol. I didn't realize this was sprung's post. xD I read it before I saw who posted it and thought it was a newer member posting :P
Oh well your married so its not as nostalgic.
:lmao:
Good luck. Got my g/f a damn nice necklace that set me back a bit for our first anniv together and some guy at her work was being dumb and it got yanked from her neck. I was pissed about the necklace b/c it was the gift for the very first anniversary together it looked nice and it was to me a great gift and had some nostalgic romance value to it; and it scarred her neck so I whooped his ass when I caught up with him. Needless to say he acts more mature when he works now. When he came back from his vacation days.
A glove.....
I actually like the rose at work idea. I'd do it if I was single.
And for all of you getting roses. I find a single rose does a better trick than a plethora of them (dozen). Simplify, simplify, simplify. Overkill spoils the moment.
Do women actually bother taking care of the 20382 roses bunched together?
That's pretty much all it screams.
Chocolates are kinda the same way when ya think about it. But i recommend a medium sized box. Not small not large. Because large is overkill, especially the ginormous heart shaped boxes. that just says OMFG. I don't recommend the small box b/c hell that doesn't even satisfy myself as a snack. Medium size is also good for sharing.
It depends on the recipient, too, but that's pretty obvious. You don't buy chocolates for a person with bad allergies. Still, the really good, genuine chocolates tend to be unfortunately expensive.
That said, I'm not doing anything for anyone on Valentine's Day. However, the next day, I'm going to see if I can swing heading out for Singles Awareness Day and half-off chocolate sales.
Hee. Isn't cheap chocolate better than having a special someone anyway? ^_~
...
Okay, maybe not. But still...chocolate! ^_^
Normally at this time of year I make heart shaped cookies with red icing to give to my friends and family. It's been a silly little tradition of mine since I was given some by my best friend when I was seven. ^_^ I guess it's not the same as something for a girlfriend or boyfriend, but I figure my friends and family are significant enough to me to count. ^^;;;
How about you take a picture of one of those cookies and post it here. That way we can all have one of your cookies :P.
Nothing, single.
MYy girlfried made me cookies the past 2 years so I guess I can expect the same. We're not talking small cookies and very few. We're talking a ton of big moist and chewy cookies here. :cookie: :<3:
My girlfriend made me cookies two days ago, also bought thin mint girl scout cookies that came in yesterday so, I'm good with cookies for now. :P
Nothing, such a sham this "holiday" is.
Laid.
:beavis:
I'm going to hangout with my girlfriend Pamela Handerson.
