I got a new computer as a gift about 5 months ago. The computer is fine as i was able to say what parts i wanted in it, but there was a limited list to choose from, and there was only 1 graphics card. Seeing as it was a crap one i didnt pick it, but ive been meaning to get around to buying one. Do any of u have any recommendations? Im using a Intel Pentium D CPU and 2gigs of ddr2 ram.
what kind of slots do you have available on your motherboard?
pci, pci-e, agp?
i have a pci-e and a pci spare
well uhhh i would suggest a pci express one.....
i have the ati radeon x1600xt, and it runs great, have yet to push it hard tho

well you've plenty of options with pci-e, it all depends on how much your willing to spend

uh, what? 6200 was low end 2 generations, unless your running a P2 400MHz I highly doubt the CPU is a bottleneck to that card. And Radeon XPress is onboard.
6200 has been WAY more than powerfull enough to do anyhtign i've asked it to do :S (Halo Fable Oblivion N64 ePSXe)
