Second-hand type stores, there are a couple off-beat stores near me that have all kinds of cords and sell them for like 50 cents. Most v-game stores are overpriced on them.
In fact Goodwill is $20 for a ps2 now (don't think it matters if it has the cords or not cause they are dumb like that), idk if pawn shops still bother.
We finally had our annual property inspection today at work. Someone from corporate comes down and inspects the property to see how we're keeping it up and makes sure we're following all the guidelines and stuff. We got a 93.5% rating, which is very good (they always find something...I think they have to)

I have a bit of a problem tomorrow.
I have to be at the job centre for 11am, and I have to phone up the doctors at 3.30pm meaning I'm going to have to try and get as much sleep tonight as possible and then possibly nap for an hour or two when I get back from town... Tomorrow will suck. I was wanting to do an all nighter and then stay awake until the night time, go to bed and then get up at a normal time tomorrow. :(
I can't wait for winter to fuck off. :-/

You think I choose to? I go to bed early every night. And lay awake staring at my laptop or phone until I get tired at 7-9am.
Fell asleep at 4.30 last night, wide awake by 6.30 and didn't get back to sleep until 9. :fist:
If I can't sleep I just stick my face into my pillow and drift off.

1) Go back to doctor.
2) Instead of simply telling them you're awake all night, this time make sure to explicitly detail your sleeping difficulties and emphasise they've been ongoing for several months and are getting worse.
3) Ask for sleeping pills again.
4) If response is unsatisfactory, repeat steps 2 & 3 until desired outcome is achieved.
Option B) Go to bed at a sensible time but DON'T sit using your laptop, playing video games or watching TV. If you can't sleep, read a book. If you can't be bothered to read, listen to an audiobook or a radio show or something with people talking that you can zone out to. If you must listen to music, avoid anything loud and aggressive. Happy hardcore and dub-step are banned.
