I'm not a good person to ask. Prostitution is quasi legal in this country. Provided everyone is over 18, consenting and nothing is happening in public. So unless you're picking up street walkers (fucking why?) you're pretty much good to go.

In the US, it depends on where. AFAIK there is no Federal Law, and in Nevada(Las Vegas,Carson City,Reno) they are supposed to have a yearly checkup and be licensed. Do your research about where you want to go because it is illegal in some states and regulated in others.

That said, I think the prices at the Moonlight Bunny Ranch near Carson City are about $1000/hour. So maybe go for a crack whore and a condom, save yourself $975.

I'm not 100% sure. Some states have different laws so I am guessing there is no Federal law. Similar to marijuana law, Obama ordered Feds to follow state laws in marijuana cases since it's not illegal in all states.

I learned most of that from HBO's Cathouse. Probably the only relevant Reality Show ever.
