Bait the attack and reversal it (fighting games in general have those, and last time I played a KI game, IIRC there were some)
That should make him think twice about pushing buttons randomly.
Afterwards, just keep it calm and read the situation.

He kept doing the same move, somehow combo-breaking me. :wacko: I kept trying to do Jagos Wind-Kick and Shadow Wind Kick and the kid kept combo-breaking. I don't get how he could do it. :S

maybe you could zone him out?
Jago has projectiles (IIRC), so maybe using that, and play Jago-Ryu style against players like that.
PRETTY sure he doesn't/shouldn't have that much knowledge about the game.:wacko:
