Early video cards in a series are usually less powerful (in some aspects), than later cards in the previous series.

I 'built' this computer with...say, $200, it has a decent processor, got another gig of RAM for $20 and I'm looking to get a 4670, which is about $100 in here.
Supposedly I can run Dead Space 2, Dragon Age 2 and shit with my native res with everything jacked up, and that card is from 2008 or so. I'm starting to find out you don't have to upgrade every month unless you're changing monitors every week or something.
And insane video cards too, I suppose they want AAX16 and HDR on that motherfucking Microsoft Word.
THAT ANNOYING CLIPPY MOTHERFUCKER LOOKS STRAIGHT AWAY FROM GODDAMNED CRYSIS.Quote:
Only 4GB?! You need at least 8GB, a 3ghz quad core, an HD6250, AND a 7.1ch sound card. Even with those cheap-o specs, you'll still be dropping at least 10 frames per second in Wordpad.
