Fruits Basket was a good show. I haven't read the manga yet, but I've heard that it was much better, as it's a bit more in-depth than the show was or something.
I'm watching Full Moon again, after finishing Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, or whatever that one was called.
And now I'm gone.
...I wear a kilt. Is it really any worse? ^_^
...
Oh right, right. A kilt is called a kilt, not a 'tartan skirt'. So it's totally okay. It's sort of like that cologne that's sitting through on the bathroom shelf. I mean at first I had my suspicions. It really looked and smelled like perfume to me. But then I spotted some macho looking man caressing his finely shaved chin on the label, and knew that it was a-okay. :wacko:
My little brother is actually terrified of using a can of deodorant in the bathroom that says 'the most effective antiperspirant for women' on it. I think he's convinced that it contains oestrogen that will penetrate into his skin and transform him from the inside. ^_~
Fruits Basket...hmm... I like both. ^_^ I think...actually I might like the anime better. The anime ends too soon, and really could have done with another 12 or even 24 episodes. But the manga goes on way too long for me, to the point where I eventually just wanted it to end. I wish that there could have been a happy medium. Both have their merits, but neither are perfect to me.
Ahh, Full Moon. ^_^ I need to watch it again~ So lovely...
Well about 45 minutes until I drive round the corner to Blockbuster to get my copy of Smash Bros.
It was that comic strip posted a while back... with the guy describing his type. He sounded a lot like you until he said "I draw the line at Necrophilia. Usually."... You never draw the line at all...
Talking about the one that came with that set of bloody knives you bought again?
I know... ;__; It was actually an extremely happy ending, to me, and left me feeling so hopeful about things. I really shouldn't have gotten so upset. But...beh, such an emotional rollercoaster. ^_^ Plus I think it was also just that it was a goodbye to characters that I had grown so attached to...
The kitty heard me typing from through in the hallway. I think he thought everyone was asleep, and he came through all happy, howling away. Even when fully awake, I find myself severely disorientated by such overwhelming displays of cuteness. So now, when I'm half-asleep...
*hugs and mumbles mindless baby talk* ^_^
Hey, Elin, is there any other anime you'd recommend? You suggested Fruits Basket, and then said that most of the people you recommended it to didn't like it (I'm one of the few that did I suppose), so do any others that I might enjoy come to mind?
I plan on looking for that Full Moon anime now as well, by the way.
I'd like to comment on the discussion on the last page with this:
Manga is shit. It's all shit, and I'm not reassessing this opinion until they start coloring in their goddamn comic books. :wacko:
Oh, you liked Fruits Basket? ^_^ Yay~ I'm glad...
Umm...I have really bad taste in anime, but... Hmm...have you seen Ouran High School Host Club? ^_^ I watched it over the course of my bus journeys to and from college last year, and loved it so much. It's a comedy, and doesn't have much of a plot, but the characters are charming, the music is nice, and it's very funny, at least to me. ^_^ Plus the lead character is absolutely my hero. ^_^ Watch it and you'll see why~ ^^;;;
*sings along with Let Me Be Your Dirty Fucking Whore*
Machinegun Fellatio is such an awesome band. :]
Tears For Fears - Everybody Wants To Rule The World
Speaking of bad taste in anime, I started watching Sailor Moon. ^^;;;
...
Oh dear.
...
Oh deary dear. ^_^
...
That being said, I have no intention of stopping. ^^;;;
Crowded House - Don't Dream It's Over

Hehehe. I saw that when I was 14... I was watching one of my friend's baby brother, and he wanted to watch it, so I figured why not.
Mimori Yusa - Pickles
I have no idea why I like her music so much. ^_^ Something about it just agrees with me. To the point where she has eight times as much as my next most played artist on last.fm. ^^;;;
Also, it could be that she wrote a song about her friendship with a little black cat. ^^;
Oh, right. ^_^ In that case, definitely watch it. It's just...wonderful. Really really wonderful. ^^;;;
I blame Ivolt. <_<; He had to go and mention it and remind me that I hadn't seen it. And now I have 30GB+ sitting on my harddisk. ^^;;; Oh well...
