What pissed me off about Verizon is they kept telling me I could get an upgrade, and sent me links to look at phones. As soon as I was all paid in full on my bill, a requirement for an upgrade, everything changed...even the My Verizon app on my phone. Everything went to "upgrade on 8/8/12".Quote:

Phone companies, well all companies just care about money. Vonage isn't a good company. We just called them about their rates, and they hijacked our phone number, and we had to switch because they held our number hostage unless we signed with them.
