Maybe the guy messed up the combination himself when talking about what he wanted and the tattoo artist failed to correct him because he didn't play video games.

If it's the artist's fault -- I don't actually know what the proper combo would be, but shouldn't you talk to the artist or at least watch what's going on? He probably could have said something and avoided the completion of an incorrect tattoo. It's not like they put you under general anesthesia for tattoos. :wacko:

Possible, but if you're into Street Fighter enough to want a tattoo, you probably don't mess up the combination for the shoryuken, which is like the basic of basics. :wacko:
