AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
Part of the reason that anecdote came to my memory is something that happened at work.
I'm standing around running down the clock when some dude runs in the store yelling some shit superfastandyoucan'tgetwhathe'ssayingbecauseitallr unstogether. Then he gets closer and I see that the guy has the lower part of his face severely fucked up. I point him towards the pharmacy and try to figure out what the fuck I just saw. Long story short, the guy was at the bars and bummed a smoke from some random guy. When he lit it, the thing exploded in his face, apparently it was loaded with gunpowder and soaked in lighter fluid, which quickly splashed over his face and caused further incineration. His goatee went up in flames and his face got one hell of a singeing (looked like serious first degree, possibly some second degree under the chin).
I always avoided smoking because I figured it's going to blow up in my face sooner or later. I just didn't think shit could get so literal. :wacko:
