Could you apply at a studio or would you have to build a portfolio or something first?
Yup, I hope it works out.
They're basically pictures that seniors in High School get, I dunno why they do. But it's quite fun.
I'm working on my portfolio right now actually, I just need to get some actual people in it. I do mostly nature shots.
Easiest way is to check the part number on the back of the cartridge. If it's anything other than AGB-002 it's a fake. If that looks OK, the next thing you want to do is open up the cart. If there's a battery inside you'll want to do some research since the majority of GBA games used flash memory for saves.
I've got about 25 or so GBA games I got from eBay a while back, all looked legit from the front. Never did any more research into it, I thought the fakes were obviously fake, dodgy labels, different coloured plastic on the cart, no Nintendo stamped on the part of the board you can see where the pins are etc.
Yeah, it used to be pretty easy to spot fakes but they've gotten a lot sneakier about it sadly. I've got games that look totally legit until you open them up, and even then they've got a Nintendo stamp inside. :/ The trouble is a lot of the people selling them don't realise they're fake either. They've bought them thinking they're real too.
Bloody work making me busy while having flu! >:
Talking about fake carts, I've got one of them 100-games(most of them NES hacks)-in-1 and that's the only "fake" I've got. At least there's Minish Cap in it, even though I've bought it boxed.
So I decided to play Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, and I went into arcade mode and thought, "Fuck it, I'm doing a random choice." Since I need to get used to other characters. And man, I suck at most of em. :P
I have a bit of a headache right now, hopefully it will go away.
I've tried searching etsy for some tea but they never have anything that sticks out.
