I've bought games on release from Japan that Play-Asia mark as being worth $10. Clearly they're gypping me.

I can remember being blown away by them when I first saw one in the shop. I was used to the C64 and Spectrum at that time. The shop is long gone, but it's the only one I remember having a PC Engine and SAM Coupé. I bought my Jap Megadrive (a year before the UK release) for around £300. :doink:
What's the breaking point in Scotland?
Things from Japan to America that are 200USD or less are not taxed.
So my brother just got up to get some food and started talking to me. I pointed at my headphones and said use msn.
Dloading series 1 of The Water Margin. Lets see who remembers that.
First time I encountered anything before release was Silent Hill. We had it on copy (US version) before it was released in the UK. That was pretty bad ass.
Who remembers getting a list of games from someone, and telling them what you wanted and having to wait for the copies to turn up? Those were the days!
:( The fighters hang out got closed
Does this mean the retro one in the hidden area has been closed too?
I'll admit im worried about this, Pre-Fighters hangout there was complaints about fighters talk as well as the boasting and trash talk that went along with it
Why would we close the retro hangout?
I mean, WHAT HIDDEN AREA!?
They open tons of stuff, and if they do. Say goodbye to the Vita cos I won't be paying their ridiculous import taxes.
But why can't it be worth $5? It's USED! :!!!:
That would definitely suck.
The two spam threads were closed because people were just having generic conversations that they could have in this thread...
Lame indeed.
Fighters thread wasn't really spam. It was it's own thing with all the smack talk, challenges, setting up games, talking about rom mismatches etc.
Now we get to make fun of each other in the regular HO, Kouen. I sense a lot of misunderstandings in the near future .
Just started my two characters on Harvest Moon: A Tale of Two Towns.
One Konohana, Name's Sakura. I think it fits well.
Idk if I like this game though. Might trade it in for Animal Crossing DS.
Every Harvest Moon main series game is more or less the same. If you like one you'll like most of them.
I have not played the one you are talking about.
:future:
Pretty much, yeah.
I mean, one of the main reasons it got hang outed from the first place was because of slight derailments that happened in the General Gaming one.
Which leads me to the next point.
Yep.
