Had no problems with Materia Keeper. I think I might be quite a high level for the area I'm up to. :wacko:

My best FFVII save where I had around 60 hours of play time, around level 80 I believe. My party was Cloud, Red XIII and Cid. I always use Barret until I get Cid then swap over. I've always liked and always used Red XIII. I can't imagine anyone actually using Cait Sith, and I don't see the point using Aeris at all. :wacko:

Well Aeris no for obvious reasons however I did it once just to get her final limit and stuff - the only thing I've never been able to do is get the score in that shooter roller coaster for her Umbrella weapon.

First time through the game I used Cloud, Cait Sith and Yuffie which I've heard are regarded as the 2 of the worst characters you can use :P

I try to switch it up every time I play but use Cloud, Aeris and Barret up until the first visit to the Gold saucer which is still pretty early on. That way It's enough to level Barret to kill Dyne in a couple shots and Aeris to definitely get Seal Evil which is incredibly handy in the temple of the ancients (especially against that wall boss)

Vincent isn't all that great either until his final limit and even then :ugh:

Yeah it's for PSP. Only in JP though. I'm getting occasional framedrops even while playing on my PSP (they kinda went overboard with the graphics :wacko:) so I can only imagine what sort of monster PC you'd need to emulate it.

Probably. :wacko: It's only gonna a matter of time until it's perfected, though. I remember the times when running FFX at 5 FPS was a miracle, now I can run FFXII full speed on my rig.

Still really impressed with this OG Xbox. Soul Calibur 2 in 720p. :drool:

I was just thinking about that the other day, actually. :wacko: It must've had some pretty amazing hardware for its time, no? I mean, it ran games like Riddick and Thief: Deadly Shadows, and it was the same generation as the PS2.

Yeah the specs are really impressive considering it came out in what, 2001? The really cool thing though is it was built around PC parts (Pentium 3 processor and Nvidia graphics) and ran on x86 architecture so it was straightforward for developers to work with. There's even decent versions of Half Life 2 and Doom 3 for it which I find pretty mindblowing.

I kind of miss having one about, but they're so bulky and I never used the ones I've had in the past.

But they're a great piece of kit. Especially when modded and with a bigger HDD in there.

Well he's not really all that hard even if Barrett hasn't really been used. I just hate doing that part and killing him faster just makes it go all the more quickly.

Always thought that was silly Squeenix has had a lot of games that have done well over the past 10 years. Not to mention they also have Eidos in their pocket now don't they? I don't really follow this stuff.
