HDDs can take more than that.
I think mine is rated for like 75ºC.

So i tried to sell it on eBay.
Never got paid.

What threw me off is that Celeron 530s are made in both P and M sockets, which i didnt know.

With the proper setup, you could probably pull off air-cooling. Any server is run in a room with heavy-duty AC anyway.
