Just completed a run through.

It looked solid enough, although it only consisted of the game up to just before the first boss fight. Even had a bunch of the kokiri forest NPC's hanging around.

Pretty decently done for a demo I suppose.

Although the thought of how to convert those big complex dungeons into 2D would probably drive anyone crazy. Although faking your own death? Bah, just drop the project and use a different username from then on. It'll never come up again.

perhaps he didnt die and the big joke is that the game is done and come april 1st it will be released with a txt and when you open it it will say "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA you thought i was gone but really i was just finishing the game enjoy!!!"
and then everyone can play oot in 2d.

I may do both though.

He could've just said "I'm dropping the project" and left.
