Well, I remember back some time ago you looked up my console based on the serial number and said it was like the easiest type to flash. And I would definitely want to JTAG it if at all possible although I have zero soldering skills. :o:

I think it was Hitachi, but I'm not sure. It's an elite from 2008 so I'm pretty sure there were only the three floating around back then.

Probably BenQ then. I doubt it's JTAGable, has it been on Live/played any late 2009 releases? If so, then it would've been updated past 7371. Dashboard 7371 is the very very first variant of the NXE dash...

Well, I can't say I did it by accident but I thought about it after the fact. :(
