Planescape is so win. Forgot about it.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I s'pose for now I'll try one of the Grandia games, Dark Cloud 2 and just one Final Fantasy for the hell of it; I "hear" FF7 8 or 12.
I think I tried a Shadow Hearts.. I think 3. I should play that game a bit longer.
Funny thing is I did try to play Crash Bandicoot again, but for some reason I'm pretty awful at it. Crash Bandicoot Warped was easier though. I used to breeze through the levels when I was 6... man those are memories =P
I remember megaman. Cousins and us would die repetitively, inching slowly to beat a level. Don't remember which number but no thanks for me x.x
For PC stuff... Well, I guess I realized I like the First/Third person thing. Not exactly the "Starcraft" point and click, I just use Starcraft coz it's well, popular I guess. I could give it a shot though, but I'm ready to try the ones I mentioned above first ahaha.
I'm not a huge fan of RPGs but they would require some hours to play through the whole thing. Some really stand out too so I'm just looking around.
Suggest me a good SNES game that's simialar to Pocky & Rocky (And Pocky & Rocky 2)
I can't seem to find it :(
Someone please suggest a tactical (turn based) RPG for PSP.. cause im on a move and really would like to play something good..
Games i played was Jeanne D'arc , FF Tactics , MGA 1-2, Valkyria Chronicles 1-2..
Yes thanks.. I looked at Disgaea 2 and it looks interesting..
I'm not sure how many people post about this but I've been in a real horror junkie phase in the past year and I was wondering if anyone knows any crap-your-pants scary games that are a must play. Here are some that I have already played and recommend.
Condemned 1 & 2, Resident Evil 1-3, Silent Hill (not sure about the others), Siren, Doom 3, Call of Cthulhu: DCOTE, Dead Space, Penumbra series, and YES I HAVE PLAYED AMNESIA, please do not suggest that :grazy:
post your ideas away :)
I'll second the Fatal Frame games.
Also you might want to try out Illbleed (ps1) and Rule of Rose (ps2). Both are definitely for fans of the genre only but they have some high points. Illbleed needed more work and a better company producing it and I feel it could have been great.
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. I think this one speaks for itself.
System Shock and System Shock 2 are really old PC games but are both quite good.
On PC great horror games are two oldies Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi and Clive Barkers Undying. If you like RE 1-3 try Code Veronica. Also:
- The Suffering good mix of horror and shooter.
- Cold Fear - big ship on middle of ocean, night, storm (great effects when you are on the deck), mutants.
- Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare
- Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason - this one is kinda weird (you can change actions taken by characters in the past) but I liked it. Since you are on North Pole your character needs heat to survive also movements are slow so miss with rifle can cost life, etc.
- If you think that Doom 3 is scary maybe try Metro 2033 (it have it's moments) or Clive Barkers Jericho (gore to the max).
my PS2 recently broke, are any fatal frames on pc?
I've recently beaten Final Fantasy IX. I liked AP system, etc. So I'm looking for some other PSone RPGs where characters gain not only experience but also some 'skill mastery points' like AP in FF. I've tried Legend of Dragoon but I couldn't get into it.

Bonus questions. Is Suikoden V worth playing? I've started it long time but all I remember is 'door <loading> wrong room, door <loading>, door <loading> ok, going out <loading>, fight <loading>, after battle <loading><loading>'. So I just stopped after hour.
Suikoden V is top notch. Better than 3 and 4 easily.
I'm looking for some good mini/crazy golf games
the only good ones i know of are for phones but i dont want any for ipad/ipod/ or any phone..
im looking for anything from 8bit-128bit nes-ps2
Windows is also ok
i really hope i can get a list of a few good ones i googled and got nothing but online java games and phone downloads...
pangya fantasy golf (psp/windows), outlaw golf (gc/windows), kirby's dream course (snes), super swing golf (wii) and nes open (nes)
have you tried ff tactics or ogre battle/tactics ogre?
other games that come to mind:
legend of legaia
parasite eve (more upgrading guns though)
vagrant story
star ocean: the second story
and by default, I have to recommend xenogears (but it's not so much skill mastery points as mastering skills through proficiency).
What are some good DS games?
Genre's I'm looking for fall under Action/Adventure, RPG(Action-RPGs too), Shooter/Run&Gun/Platform.
Here are my suggestions:
Action/Adventure:
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia
Okamiden
RPG:
Pokemon(s)
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies
The World Ends With You
Shooter:
Metroid Prime: Hunters
Call of Duty: World at War
Run&Gun:
Contra 4
Platformer:
New Super Mario Bros.
Star Wars KotoR (only the ki=nights sw games!)
south park the FPS
Omrikon The Nomad Soul
Monkey Island Games
Indiana Jones graphical adventure games
Duke Nukem 3d
Earthbound
Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Snap
etc
I'll look into the castlevania DS games. I was never a huge fan of castlevania, but I did like symphony of the night and the first for NES was good.
Personally, Order of Ecclesia is my favorite, but I'd recommend starting with Dawn of Sorrow. That's the one that felt the most like SotN to me, so if you're looking for something like that, go with DoS.
Have you already played the GBA ones? I highly recommend those.
Aria of Sorrow all day.
That being said all the GBA and DS Castlevania games are freaking fantastic. It'd be hard to rank them all.
hi there. Can you recommend me some games for my iPad?
Or, even a PC game.
You know, I want games for girls like me, which could be a RPG :)
Agreed. The Dawn of Sorrow art isn't nearly as good. I love the SotN art.

There are a LOT of mods for BG/BGII, I highly recommend you get Baldur's Gate Trilogy. BGT lets you play BG in the BGII engine (better resolution/graphics) and play through BG right to the end of Throne of Bhaal without having to switch games. Neverwinter Nights (and 2) has a bunch of modules, many of which are very fun.
I made this post without realizing it might be a bot, I blame it on being tired :lol.
