I have been working hard at the moment to get the Dreamcast VGA compat list redone with more info and games, this is a redo not an update so the list is in a new thread

Dreamcast VGA Compatability list & Guide
Completed with all NTSC-U and PAL-E games with the info I have so far, a few more missing games to download/burn plus still waiting for 100 CD-R's to be delivered
NTSC-J games to be added, but don't expect a complete list like the NTSC-U/PAL-E list
Will also be looking at PD software and have already added stuff like Bleem!cast, Codebreaker and a VCD Player
P.S. updated the sega guides thread to include the updated Dreamcast VGA list and added the old Mil-CD guide back

Got my 100 CD-R spindle through, so on trying to fill in my Dreamcast games and test them via VGA, this is including other region games of those that did not boot in VGA mode in the region I tested with aswell as the games I did not have or wasn't sure what region ver. I had
Dreamcast VGA Compatability list & Guide will eventually be a very complete guide atleat for NTSC-U & PAL-E games, though as I said it will include NTSC-J games, just not to the extent of the English games

Moved the Microsoft System guides thread from the Arcade section... wtf moved it into the Microsoft section, P.S. the stickies could do with being revised as to what is to stay stuck and what is to be linked in the guides thread instead
