Not quite Nem. I'm ready to play now.
That game was insane.
For anyone that wasn't watching I ended up beating Spiders in EDH. Could have won with Nin + Niv but it was much more fun and janky to cast Djinn Illuminatus, Fire Servant and replicate a Chain Lightning.
Eldrazi party time.
I scooped out of rage!
Well that and I was running a horrible deck lol. COUNTERBALANCE WITHOUT TOP BECAUSE GOOD.
Draw half my mana base like pro. All day errday.

for mtg and general talk :)
:D
Really good for you it's an excellent game. How do you feel about the game mechanics, what is your favorite card combo so far, I don't expect anything to awful detailed since you are new, but am interested to see what other players think, and maybe you and spose' could play a game I still have to make my deck and it is a lot of cards to go through.
I suggest you watch a couple of games to start learning then build a deck and try a game I learn better from playing then sitting and trying to read over the massive amounts of info in the rules.
http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/res...?x=magic/rules
this covers every thing from basic rules to FAQ's to the comprehensive rules.
if you look at the comprehensive rules be prepared it will probably take 3+ years to read that and you still wouldn't comprehend most of it without actually playing
I don't think I've ever read a rulebook for Magic.
Looked up things I wasn't sure of, but never read one.
Also, TS is up.
There's no video on that page.
for luls download and look at the comprehensive rule book thing is fuck huge.
here to give you an idea look at the table of contents also note the last page number that is the beginning of that section then you still have the glossary and credits.

it's easier to get the basics get your ass handed to you in a couple of games edit your deck accordingly and try again the only way to get true experience is with hands on trial and error.
Don't ask me though. I have zero patience when it comes to teaching.
here's part one on learning to play for a starter video.
http://cockatrice.de/index.php?a=download
free online magic nothing to buy just download run use oracle to import cards and create your deck.
Y U TROLL ME FORUM STAFF?
Anyway, yeah, good luck learning how to play if you are serious. If Spose still has the links I gave him and he wants to post them they are good. I don't want to go to the pages again to get them though, not for Mohit anyway.
True story right there. Foreigners playing card games on programs and sites without rule enforcement...:dread:
At least you can call an admin on dueling network (ygo), not that I even bother playing randoms on there anymore.
Yeah. So true. Fortunately 98% of the people I've played on cockatrice have spoke fluent English. Generally they are polite enough to make their game name foreign and request only people that speak their language if they don't know English.
True story.
