I think the PAL version is worth more than that, which isn't unusual.
US games usually work out to be much more expensive anyway, and then they won't work unless you either
A/ have a famicom and a 72 pin adapter
B/ disable the lockout chip on the PAL console.
The latter isn't a good idea because you can kill your console with that chip disabled, either by using multi carts (probably flash carts too) or there is at least one official US cart that can do the same thing iirc.
