PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I had added 25 new entries to the PSX Datacenter, like Atelier Elie, Atelier Marie, Army Men Sarge's Heroes, Asteroids, etc.
Some update entries like Wander Trek, Wakusei Koukitai Little Cats, Water Summer, Walt Disney's Magical Racing Tour or Area 51 or Tales of Destiny this one with his NTSC-U Promotional Booklet english manual.
