Rooibos is my jam just now.
I go through cups and cups of it every day. No caffeine, though, so I tend to fare a bit better than I did with coffee or black tea.
Ahh, yeah, I get that too. Actually, I find I react that way to quite a lot of things nowadays. Oily food is another really big offender for me. I guess I'm getting old.
One coffee a morning doesn't sound too bad to me, anyway! It's certainly a lot better than I used to be. :'D
I can get behind the hot chocolate love. <3 Though I made the jump from vegetarian to vegan about a year and a half ago, and while vegan hot chocolate isn't unheard of, it's rare enough to find that I don't get to drink it all that often now. I miss it on cold winter days especially.
I hardly ever drink soda anymore either, and while I was lucky enough to not have any teeth problems (that sounds really rough!
Hope you're doing better now~!), I still feel much better for it. It's yummy, but I agree that it's kind of bad news for a whole raft of reasons.
I always thought you had been here a lot longer, to be honest! Though I suppose 2011 is going back a fair ways now.
